In unserer Kellerei keltern wir unsere Ribera del Duero Rotweine. Sie sind das Ergebnis einer Kombination aus manueller Weinlese und Auswahl der besten Trauben aus traditionellem Weinanbau und dem Gebrauch modernster Kellerei-Technik für die Produktion unserer Weinmarken Ribera del Duero 912 de altitud und Viejo Mundo. Das Ergebnis sind Qualitätsweine, die dank der Prämierungen beim Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, der Auszeichnungen Dekanter und Dekanter Asia und der Prämierung Envero für Weine der D.O. Ribera del Duero auf dem internationalen Markt anerkannt sind.

On this occasion, for the qualification of wines, the Consejo Regulador has counted on the collaboration of eight of the best sommeliers in Spain, distinguished professionals who manage the wineries and wine lists of the best restaurants in Spain: Ivan Camps and Daniel Martínez ( El Celler de Can Roca, 3 Michelin stars); Ciro Carro (Akelarre de Pedro Subijana, 3 Michelin stars); Marcelino Calvo (El Ermitaño, 1 Michelin star); Diego González (Cobo Vintage, 1 Michelin star); María José Huertas (La Terraza del Casino de Paco Roncero, 2 Michelin stars); Cristina Losada (Director of Sala and sommelier of Enigma and as Head Sommelier of elBarri, a group of 6 restaurants including Tickets, 2 Michelin stars); And who has been responsible for sensorial analysis and tasting of the Curso de Sumillería of the Cámara de Comercio of Madrid, also ex-president of the Union Española de Catadores, legendary expert in wines and reference of the national sommeliers, José Luis González Cledera.
