Good intensity, the character of this varietal is expressed at its highest level, very complex, with touches of fresh white fruits, stone fruits and citrus fruits all over its longevity, herbal hints (fennel) are noticed, balsamic and anise-flavoured finish. The aging on the lees, which provides complexity and delicacy to the smelling phase, is significantly present. Oily, glyceric and very well structured. Tasty, aromatic and fresh, with a good mouth-feel. Very complex and very elegant finish. Long permanence in mouth.
